Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

Jetton Solutions ("Jetton Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through jettonsolutions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the English site and its Korean (/ko), Japanese (/ja), and Traditional Chinese (/zh-tw) versions, which are translated marketing content only and do not collect information separately from what is described below.

If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at contact@jettonsolutions.com or +1-281-605-8891.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information through this Site in three ways. When you submit our Contact form, we collect your first and last name, company name, email address, and message. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. And if we invite you to our client portal, we collect the information described below.

Client portal. We operate a private client portal at jettonsolutions.com/portal for our clients and our team. Access is by invitation only, and there is no public sign-up. For each person we invite, we collect their name, email address, company, and a password, which our authentication provider stores only in scrambled (hashed) form. Jetton Solutions team accounts also use an authenticator app for two-step sign-in. Inside the portal, we store the messages, documents, tasks, milestones, and meeting notes that you and our team add to your project, along with a record of who added each item and when. The portal uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

We do not sell anything or take payments on this Site, so we do not collect payment card numbers or similar financial information.

We use HubSpot to provide website analytics, a live chat widget, and form-submission tracking on this Site. HubSpot uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, general location, and browser and device type, and, if you use the chat widget, the information you provide there. A cookie consent banner, powered by HubSpot, lets you manage your cookie preferences when you visit the Site.

Note: if we change the analytics, cookies, or tracking tools used on this Site, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so and describe what is collected and why.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the Contact form to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and discuss potential business engagements with you or your company, and maintain internal business records of our communications with prospective and current clients and partners. We also use analytics information to understand site traffic and improve our content, and we use the chat widget to respond to visitor questions in real time.

We use client portal information only to deliver our services to you: to share project status, exchange documents and messages, track tasks, and send you email alerts when there is new activity for you in the portal. Those alert emails tell you that something is new. They do not include the content of your messages or documents.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or for any automated decision-making.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Our Contact form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form-submission service that relays your submission to our email inbox. Formspree processes this information on our behalf and does not independently market to you or use your information for its own purposes; its handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io.

We use HubSpot, Inc. as a service provider for this Site. HubSpot provides our website analytics, live chat widget, and form-submission tracking, and processes the information these tools collect on our behalf. HubSpot does not use your information for its own independent marketing purposes; its handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at hubspot.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Our Site and client portal are built and hosted on Lovable, which also provides the portal's database, sign-in system, and the email alerts sent from notify.jettonsolutions.com. Lovable processes this information on our behalf. Its handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at lovable.dev/privacy.

Documents uploaded through the client portal are stored in Jetton Solutions' own Microsoft 365 environment (Microsoft SharePoint), where access is limited to Jetton Solutions and to the portal itself. Microsoft's handling of data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement, available at privacy.microsoft.com.

We do not otherwise share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except: as required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jetton Solutions, our clients, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain the information submitted through our Contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue any resulting business relationship, and maintain appropriate business records consistent with our normal recordkeeping practices. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing legal or legitimate business reason to keep it, we will do so. For the client portal, we keep your account and project information for the length of our engagement and afterward as needed for our business records. When an engagement ends, or if you ask, we remove your portal access. Documents and messages from the engagement may be kept as part of our business records.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information. To make any of these requests, email us at contact@jettonsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes even after a deletion request.

6. International Visitors

Our Site's Korean, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese pages are aimed at prospective clients and partners in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. If you submit a form or use the client portal from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where Jetton Solutions is based, and in other locations where our service providers operate. By submitting a form or using the portal, you consent to this transfer and processing.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is a business-to-business marketing site intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at contact@jettonsolutions.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the client portal, every account requires a password, every Jetton Solutions team account requires two-step sign-in, and each client can see only its own company's projects and documents.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including if our data practices change (for example, if we add analytics, cookies, new forms, or new portal features). We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
