Government Relations & Legislative Consulting
Direct engagement with state agencies, local officials, and public stakeholders, plus legislative strategy heading into the next session.

Manufacturing projects in Texas require approvals, permits, and cooperation from multiple layers of government: state agencies, county and city officials, utility districts, and sometimes federal regulators. We manage those relationships directly. Heading into the 2027 Texas legislative session, we also provide legislative strategy and quarterback the relationship between clients and registered lobbyists. Jetton Solutions does not lobby directly. We set the strategy and coordinate with the registered lobbyists who make direct legislative contact.
How We Help
- Identify and engage the relevant state and local agencies for your project
- Coordinate permitting across environmental, construction, and utility approvals
- Facilitate public stakeholder engagement where required
- Maintain government relationships throughout the execution phase
- Develop legislative strategy and coordinate with registered lobbyists ahead of a legislative session
Why This Matters
Government decisions in Texas are made by people, not just processes. Who is asking the question matters.
We know the relevant officials and how they prefer to work.
